Well it's Cookie Fundraising time for the West High Lady Warrior Basketball Program. Last year's cookie sales were very successful, we netted approximately $3,750.00 for the program and this year with your help we'd like to surpass last year's sales. For parents new to the program, this is how it works:
Each player
will be earning $$ for her individual account (Grace Liu has kindly volunteered
to keep track of all individual accounts, thanks Grace!!) which can be
used to offset summer expenses, i.e., tournaments & league fees,
summer practice uniform (approximately $52), etc. Each
player can expect to pay approximately $70 for summer tournament &

We would like each player to sell at least 2 cases of cookies, but appreciate as many as possible. . .it really benefits you and a portion of the profits $2 per bag goes to your individual account:
Cost of Case to program (10 bags per case): $33.00
Cost of cookie per bag to program : $ 3.30

Profit to Player: $ 2.00 per bag

NOTE: The cost of the cookie has gone up $.30 from last year and due to the recent peanut recall, they have discontinued the Peanut Butter Cookie.
We will be conducting a pre-sale starting today and request that you turn in your orders (with checks & $$) to Coach Atkinson or Jean O'Malley by Wednesday, June 3rd. The cookies will be stored at the O'Malley residence, so we will be in contact regarding when and where best delivery would be for each individual. I've attached a flyer which includes instructions and also an order form to take orders. I am hoping to only have to make one order from pre-sale orders so please turn in your orders by June 3rd in order to be able to deliver to your friends before school is out (I'm hoping to have delivery of the cookies by June 12th). FOR THIS PRE-SALE, PLEASE COLLECT THE MONEY & CHECKS AS YOU TAKE ORDERS AND HAVE CHECKS MADE OUT TO WEST HIGH.
